License Agreement

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Licensee") and Vinay Juneja (the "Creator" or "Licensor") for the use of code components, override components, or any other resources available on FramerBolt.
By copying, downloading, or using any paid code components, override components, or any other resources from our Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Types of Assets

• Free Assets: Assets available- Some Free Custom Remix Components.

• Premium Assets: Premium Assets like Code Components, Override Components available for users who have purchased them.

Grant Of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Code Components, Override Components for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth in this Agreement.

Free Assets Permitted Usage:

• Use the assets in any project.

Premium Assets Permitted Usage:

• The Licensee is allowed to modify, adapt, and customize the Components to suit their projects' specific needs.

• The Licensee is authorized to use the Components in an unlimited number of personal or commercial projects.

Restrictions:

Licensee agrees not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the resources, and components (modified or unmodified) on their own or as part of a similar marketplace or platform. This includes transferring products to other accounts or listing products in a way that makes them accessible to others.

• Use the assets, and components in any way that violates local, national, or international laws and regulations.

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the servers or networks connected to the Website.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any code used on the Website.

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Website or any content or materials obtained from the Website.

Licensee may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials on the Website without the prior consent of Licensor.

Updates and Support

The Licensor may provide updates or support for the components, at their discretion. However, they are not obligated to do so.

Warranty and Liability

The components are provided "as is," without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the components.

Termination

The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License Agreement if the Licensee breaches any terms or conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the components and destroy all copies in their possession.

Modifications

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the modified terms on the Website. Licensee's continued use of the Website after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

By accessing or using the Website or any asset provided on the Website, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
